JOB DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a Sage X3 ERP Consultant to support stabilization, optimization, reporting enhancements, and scalability initiatives. The consultant will assess the current Sage X3 environment, resolve operational issues, improve reporting capabilities, gather business requirements, support configurations/customizations, and provide functional and technical guidance to business stakeholders. 

Required Qualifications

·        3+ years of hands-on Sage X3 experience.

·        Experience supporting, enhancing, or stabilizing ERP environments.

·        Strong understanding of Sage X3 modules, workflows, and business processes.

·        Experience creating reports and working with ERP data.

·        Ability to troubleshoot complex system and process issues.

·        Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

·        Sage X3 development experience including 4GL, customizations, and integrations.

·        Experience supporting distribution, manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or financial operations.

·        SQL experience and familiarity with reporting and analytics tools.

·        Ability to provide both functional and technical guidance.

·        Experience participating in ERP upgrades, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
