Data & Analytics Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in North Andover, MA that is seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate Data & Analytics projects across multiple business functions
* Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, Data & Analytics teams, and ERP/SAP resources
* Own or support project planning, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, prioritization, and delivery coordination
* Translate business requirements into clear deliverables that technical data teams can execute against
* Operate effectively across Project Manager, Product Owner, and Senior Business Analyst responsibilities as needed
* Partner with Data Engineering, ERP Data, and Analytics/BI teams
* Support initiatives tied to the company's continued SAP/ERP consolidation
* Develop a strong understanding of business processes across areas including Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, and Marketing
* For a more senior candidate, potentially help establish and grow the BA/Data Product function within the Data & Analytics organization
* Potentially contribute to data governance and data cataloging initiatives as the organization's data capabilities mature

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience working within Data & Analytics environments
* Proven Project Management, Product Ownership, and/or Senior Business Analysis experience
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively between technical data teams and business stakeholders
* Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements
* Strong organizational and cross-functional coordination skills
* Ability to operate independently in a growing and evolving organization

Highly Preferred:
* SAP/ERP experience
* Experience within Supply Chain and/or Finance
* Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
* Experience supporting enterprise Data & Analytics programs
* Understanding of BI/reporting and data engineering environments
* Approximately 10-15 years of relevant experience for the target profile

Relevant exposure may include:
* SAP/enterprise ERP
* Data & Analytics
* Data Engineering
* Power BI
* Azure Synapse Analytics
* Databricks
* Data governance / data cataloging

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
