Senior Workday/Visier Integration Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Workday/Visier Integration Consultant in Iselin, NJ.

Overview:
The Senior Workday/Visier Integration Consultant will support a critical Workday implementation and People Analytics transformation initiative. This individual will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for validating, harmonizing, and integrating HR data across Workday, Visier, and legacy PeopleSoft environments.

The ideal candidate will bring deep hands-on experience with Visier People Analytics and Workday reporting, along with a proven track record of supporting large-scale HRIS transformations. This role will focus on ensuring accurate data migration, crosswalk development, integration enablement, and end-to-end quality assurance of people analytics solutions.

Working closely with HRIS, IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors, the consultant will design and validate data mappings between PeopleSoft and Workday, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure seamless ingestion of data into Visier. The individual will play a key role in maintaining historical data continuity while supporting the transition to modern Workday-based analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
* Design, document, and validate crosswalk mappings between PeopleSoft and Workday data models
* Support Workday reporting and integration development, including RaaS-enabled data feeds for Visier
* Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance activities across HR systems
* Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality, integration, and reporting issues
* Conduct dashboard, metric, and trend validation within Visier
* Partner with HRIS, IT, and vendor teams to support implementation and testing activities
* Create documentation for data mappings, testing results, and issue resolution processes
* Provide recommendations for data governance, consistency, and reporting accuracy

REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in HRIS, People Analytics, data management, or enterprise system integrations
* 5+ years of hands-on experience with Visier People Analytics, including concepts, business rules, configuration, and data loading processes
* 5+ years of Workday HCM experience with strong knowledge of Talent Management and Talent Acquisition data structures
* 3+ years of experience developing or supporting Workday integrations using Custom Reports, RaaS, Workday Studio, or related technologies
* Proven experience supporting Workday implementation, migration, or transformation initiatives
* Strong understanding of HR data modeling, data mapping, and enterprise reporting practices
* Experience validating complex datasets, file extracts, and system integrations
* Advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis capabilities
* Experience collaborating with HR, HRIS, IT, and third-party vendors
* Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with PeopleSoft HR data structures and reporting
* Hands-on experience with Visier Studio
* Familiarity with Qualtrics integrations and employee survey data
* Experience supporting workforce analytics, talent analytics, and executive reporting solutions
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous project environments with minimal supervision

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
