Sr. Workday Solution Architect (791160)/Remote

Introduction:

We are seeking a Sr. Workday Solution Architect to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ERP migrations from legacy systems, including PeopleSoft to Workday. This individual will play a key role in architecting solutions for Workday Financials, ensuring seamless integration across modules and alignment with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements confirmation and existing solution design for Workday Financials
• Architect scalable solutions for Workday Financials modules
• Design and implement solutions for Core Financials, Banking & Settlements, Revenue Management, and more
• Optimize Grants Management processes and integrations
• Lead ERP migrations from legacy systems to Workday
• Develop automated workflows for key financial processes
• Guide the build of advanced reports and dashboards using Prism Analytics
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in architecting solutions for Workday Financials
• Experience in multi-tenant Workday Financials deployments highly desired
• Expertise in designing and implementing Accounting Center for cash-basis reporting highly desired
• Strong understanding of ERP migrations from legacy systems, including PeopleSoft to Workday highly desired
• Active certification in Workday Financials and minimum of 10+ years in ERP implementations
• Advanced knowledge of Workday integration tools and modules
• Proven experience ensuring compliance with financial regulations

Preferred Skills:

• 5-7 years of experience in multi-tenant Workday Financials deployments
• 5-7 years expertise in designing and implementing Accounting Center
• 5-7 years strong understanding of ERP migrations from legacy systems
