Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a strong Java Full Stack Developer experienced in building scalable APIs, front-end applications, and working in an XP/TDD environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Spring Boot, Angular/React, SQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain REST APIs using Java & Spring Boot

• Build responsive UI with Angular or React

• Write unit tests following TDD/test-first practices

• Participate in Pair/Mob programming sessions

• Work in Agile/Scrum teams with strong collaboration

• Implement CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices

• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance

• Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements and solutions

Must Have Skills:

• Strong Java development experience

• Spring Boot & REST API development

• Angular or React (front-end)

• SQL & relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server)

• Unit testing (JUnit/Mockito/Jest or similar)

• Git & Gradle

• Familiarity with XP practices (Pair/Mob, TDD)

• CI/CD (Tekton preferred)

Nice to Have:

• Kafka or Pub/Sub

• Monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, Sleuth

• Agile/Scrum experience
