· Minimum 5-8 years of experience in design, modeling, and development of different workflows using Alteryx Designer studio
· Expertise in workflow development/enhancement, designing macros and Analytical apps.
· Able to integrate Alteryx with various other tools and applications as per business requirements.
· Knowledge in maintaining user roles and access provisions in Alteryx gallery.
· Good Knowledge of Macros and Analytical tools.
· Data ETL: Strong expertise in designing and implementing data extraction, transformation, and loading processes using Alteryx.
· Data Integration: Knowledge of integrating data from various sources, including Excel, FTP, external databases, and APIs (is a plus).
· Database Management: Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud-based data warehousing platforms.
· Data Processing: Understanding of data processing techniques, data cleansing, normalization, and transformation.
· Programming: Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and scripting languages for automation and workflow management.
· System Integration: Experience in integrating data workflows with existing systems and managing dependencies.
· Reporting and Visualization: Familiarity with reporting tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or similar platforms, not necessary but important to understand where the data will eventually feed into.
· A passion for learning and a strong interest in how AI and knowledge management evolve together to shape the future of intelligent content.
· Demonstrable experience using a variety of generative AI tools for content creation, editing, and optimization (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc).
· Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, structure, and consistency in written content.
· Understanding of knowledge management principles, taxonomies, metadata, and content governance.
· Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity, accessibility, and precision.
· Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively across audiences.
· Comfort working with cross-functional teams (Support, Product, AI Enablement, Operations).
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
