Job Title: Sitecore Testing Engineer / BA

Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)

Duration: 12 Month Contract

JD: for Sitecore A/B Testing roles The initial in-scope Services are as follows, before go-live: Identify key pages, components, and user journeys for A/B testing.

Define hypotheses, success metrics (e.g., CTR, conversion), and test duration.
Develop test variants (content, layout, personalization rules).
Configure A/B tests in Sitecore, including personalization and segmentation rules.
Launch tests and monitor performance in real-time.
Validate data integrity and ensure consistent user experience across devices.
Analyze test results using Sitecore analytics and other agreed KPIs Responsible for: (1) Develop & Maintain Performance Test Scripts; (2) Create Test Scenarios & Run Performance Tests; (3) Collect Performance Metrics; and (4) Regular updates on the project progress
