Platform Administration

• Configure, maintain, and optimize IronClad workflows, templates, and approval processes

• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls

• Monitor system performance to ensure uptime, reliability, and scalability

Integration & Automation

• Implement and maintain integration with ERP, CRM, and enterprise tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)

• Automate contract lifecycle processes to improve efficiency, compliance, and turnaround time

• Work with APIs and workflow automation frameworks

Data Management & Security

• Ensure data integrity, security, and regulatory compliance

• Manage document storage, version control, and audit trails

• Adhere to organizational policies and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.)

User Support & Training

• Provide Tier-2 support for IronClad-related issues

• Conduct training sessions and develop user guides for Legal, Procurement, and Business teams

• Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams

Reporting & Analytics

• Generate dashboards and reports on contract status, cycle times, and compliance metrics

• Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and optimize contract workflows

• Provide actionable insights to stakeholders

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and data privacy regulations

• Participate in audits and maintain required compliance documentation

• Support internal and external audit activities

 
Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in system administration or contract lifecycle management platforms

• IronClad CLM experience preferred

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes

• Experience with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation

• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC 2, etc.)

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required for the project
