Job Description:
The Maryland Health Exchange is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator with at least 3 years of hands-on experience to manage, support, and maintain SharePoint environments. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, performance, and security of SharePoint sites while supporting business users.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support SharePoint Online/On-Prem environments

• Manage site collections, permissions, workflows, and content

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues

• Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and backups

• Provide user support and resolve SharePoint-related issues

• Work closely with internal teams to meet business requirements

• Ensure security, compliance, and best practices are followed

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator

• Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and configuration

• Experience managing permissions, sites, and document libraries

• Basic understanding of PowerShell for SharePoint administration

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Preferred:

• Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365

• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
