Job Description
The client is seeking a highly motivated hands-on technical individual to join our Network Delivery Operations Team. You will play an integral part in deploying, operating, and scaling the network infrastructure that provides high availability, performance, and security. In this position you will provide senior technical knowledge as subject matter expert on Lincoln s F5 LTM and GTM deployments, participating in the ongoing management, deployment and operations of this environment. You will work with the Architecture and Engineering Team providing feedback on future designs in the F5 LTM/GTM space. As part of the Network Delivery Operations team, you ll also work on a team responsible for LAN/WAN, Data Center services, Security, IPsec B2B, remote access VPN and voice utilizing the following technologies: Netscaler load balancers, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, Cisco ISE, Cisco Wireless, Infoblox DDI, and Palo Alto Firewalls.
What you'll be doing
- Provide technical expertise, leadership, and knowledge as a senior technologist on the Network Delivery Operations team
- Implement and manage F5 LTM and GTM technologies, both as physical and virtual installations
- Cross-functionally work with application teams to configure VIPs, deploy iRules, and define best practices for managing these configurations at enterprise scale
- Deploy and manage Netscaler infrastructure in partnership with cross-functional teams responsible for Citrix deployments
- Provides advance level support for customer network related issues. (Primary focus on F5 with an expectation of generalized network support)
- Analysis utilizing network tools to investigate and remediate pending network issues for internal and inter-site connectivity issues working, both independently as well as cross-functional troubleshooting
- Create and maintain detailed documentation and diagrams for the network infrastructure
- Draft methods of procedure/standard operating procedures (MOP/SOP) for front-line technical support, as well as for standardization of non-routine work
Must-Haves:
- Engineering and Operations experience on F5 BigIP/BigIQ Physical and Virtual Infrastructures
- Working experience with Cisco routing, switching, firewall, and identity services at an enterprise scale
- Working experience withing enterprise networks, including WAN/LAN design, deployment, and management technologies and concepts
- Should have knowledge of Visio, Microsoft: Word, Excel, PPT, and Outlook
- 4 Year/bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience (5-7+ years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Enterprise IP Network and Network Security architecture, design, and implementation as related to network technologies, solutions, services and infrastructure that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position including the following technologies

- Working knowledge of SD-WAN and next generation firewalls
- F5 Certifications (F5-CA, F5-CTS, F5-CSE)
- Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert (CCIE) Routing and Switching or Data Center
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Routing and Switching or Data Center
- Palo Alto Certified Network Security Engineer (PACNSE)
- Infoblox Core DDI Advanced Troubleshooting (CDAT)
