CPS is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to support a client in the Naples, Florida area. This hybrid role requires onsite presence and involves managing day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure teams, and critical IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, hands-on infrastructure knowledge, and a solid understanding of ITIL-based service management.

< data-start="989" data-end="1018">Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct IT infrastructure operations, including security, network, systems, applications (cloud and on-prem), service desk, and support functions

• Lead and manage System Administrators and IT Coordinators

• Implement and manage IT service management practices based on ITIL methodology

• Oversee critical infrastructure processes including patching, backup, and disaster recovery planning (DRP)

• Collaborate with Security and Development teams to assess risks and ensure compliance with policies and standards

• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs

• Develop and manage annual IT budgets, including OPEX and CAPEX

• Lead local IT projects aligned with business priorities and support the rollout of global initiatives

• Ensure compliance with PCI and SaaS regulations

• Drive continuous improvement in infrastructure architecture, system methodologies, and project governance

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 3–6 years of experience as an Infrastructure Lead or Manager

• Strong experience managing Windows and Linux server environments

• Experience managing AWS infrastructure

• Experience working in matrixed and multinational environments

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and global teams

• Knowledge of IT operations best practices, security, compliance, and emerging technologies
