Front End Developer

Description

We are looking for a skilled Front End Developer to join our team in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and enhancement of digital products and services, including both customer-facing applications and internal systems. Your expertise in modern web technologies and passion for designing exceptional user experiences will be key as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize user interfaces for cloud-based applications using modern front-end frameworks and tools.
Lead the design and implementation of UI/UX features for new customer-facing software projects.
Update and maintain internal application interfaces to ensure seamless functionality and visual appeal.
Promote best practices in front-end development, including testing, agile methodologies, and code quality.
Work closely with UX/UI designers and other team members to create effective and intuitive interfaces.
Enhance and utilize CI/CD pipelines for efficient UI iteration and deployment.
Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with team members, management, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Maintain detailed project documentation using internal tools.

Requirements

A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years specializing in front-end technologies.
Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks like React (preferred), Vue, or Angular.
Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a focus on responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Experience working with UI/UX designers to translate designs into functional applications.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with backend systems.
Knowledge of source control tools, such as Git.
Experience working in agile environments within cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
