Job Description:Parsons is looking for a talented
Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) to join our team! In this role, you will oversee the cybersecurity of information systems, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and implementing security controls to protect system integrity.
What You'll Be Doing- Oversee the cybersecurity of information systems, certifying compliance with federal regulations (e.g., NIST 800-181).
- Implement and monitor security controls to protect system integrity, confidentiality, and availability.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to federal regulations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in information systems security or cybersecurity management.
- Strong knowledge of federal regulations such as NIST 800-181 and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to conduct risk assessments and manage vulnerabilities effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
