Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (ITPM) to support a rapidly growing organization undergoing significant expansion through acquisitions. This role is being added due to uncertainty around the return of a current long-term absent resource and is critical to ensuring continuity and delivery of multiple high-impact IT initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring strong infrastructure-focused IT project management experience, with proven success leading complex initiatives such as data center migrations, cloud transformations, and application integrations within a Microsoft-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT infrastructure projects supporting business growth and acquisitions
  Oversee data center migrations, including on-premise to Azure Cloud transitions
  Manage application and system integrations for newly acquired companies
  Coordinate projects related to cloud vs. on-prem infrastructure, site additions, site decommissions, and technology standardization
  Drive enterprise-wide initiatives including Windows 11 upgrades and Azure contract transitions back in-house
  Partner with infrastructure, cloud, security, and application teams to ensure seamless execution
  Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, risk logs, and status reporting
  Utilize strong Excel skills to manage large data sets, track dependencies, timelines, and budgets
  Communicate clearly with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on infrastructure and cloud initiatives
  Hands-on experience managing data center moves, cloud migrations, and M&A technology integration efforts
  Broad understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, cloud, applications), not limited to network projects
  Strong experience in Microsoft-centric environments, including Azure Cloud and related services
  Advanced Excel skills for tracking project metrics, dependencies, and reporting
  Proven ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-growth environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting organizations growing through acquisitions
  Familiarity with Azure contract management and vendor transitions
  PMP or similar project management certification
