Job Title: Workday Certified Functional Consultant – Benefits Module(Support Project).
Location : Orlando, FL
Onsite : Tuesday - Thursday/ weekly.
Job Summary: We are seeking a Workday Certified Functional Consultant – Benefits to provide post-production support for a Workday HCM environment. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day functional support, issue resolution, configuration enhancements, and collaboration with HR and IT stakeholders to ensure stable and optimized Core Recruiting operations. Client went live recently.
Key Responsibilities:Workday Recruiting / HCM Functional Support: Provide Level 2 / Level 3 functional support for Workday Benefits modules. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
Configuration & Enhancements: Perform Core Recruiting configuration changes based on business requirements. Support minor enhancements and change requests.
Stakeholder Collaboration, Testing & Documentation, Compliance & Data Quality.
Required Qualifications: - Workday Certification..
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Benefits.
- Strong understanding of:
- Workday Business Process Framework
- Workday security concepts
- Worker lifecycle events
- Experience supporting post-production Workday environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
