Job Description
- Maintain and support the AirWatch MDM platform (device enrollment, policies, app deployment, compliance).
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices.
- Manage Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile and other vendor portals for cellular device activations.
- Work with security and compliance teams to ensure mobile policies meet standards.
- Monitor MDM system performance, generate reports, and implement improvements.
- Assist with assessment, planning, and migration from AirWatch to Microsoft Intune.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Stay updated with industry trends in endpoint management and mobile security.
- Provide knowledge transfer and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with VMware Workspace ONE / AirWatch administration.
- 2+ years working with MDM, mobile OS platforms, or enterprise mobility architecture.
- 2+ years experience with carrier portals (Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile).
- 1+ year of combined experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, or Endpoint Manager.
- Desired Skills
- Experience with Intune deployment/migration.
- Microsoft certifications (MD-102, SC-300, AZ-104).
- Knowledge of Zero Trust and conditional access policies.
- Experience integrating MDM with IAM systems.
- PowerShell scripting or automation experience.
