Role Summary

• Act as Senior Functional SME for Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  (Core HR, Talent, ORC & Onboarding, Learning)
• Handle day-to-day production support and issue resolution
• Work extensively with Redwood UI to support users and optimize functionality
• Translate HR business needs into functional requirements and solution designs
• Build and support HR reports using OTBI and BI Publisher
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
• Track enhancements, issues, and releases using Jira
• Support ongoing projects, testing, and release cycles
