Role: - AI/ML Architect + Lead Agent Engineer Looking for Senior resources with minimum 15+Years of experience
- Accountable for: Agent brain, tool orchestration, safety design Required Skills
- Deep experience with LLM-powered applications in production
- Hands-on with agent frameworks (Semantic Kernel, Lang Chain, Azure AI Agents/Assistants)
- Strong understanding of
- Function calling
- Tool schemas & planning logic
- Context strategy & grounding
- Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks o Latency/token optimization o Automatic test harnesses for LLM behavior
- Experience integrating Azure OpenAI Service o Model deployments, quotas, safety configs
- Knowledge of Content Safety, PII redaction, RAG safety risks
- Backend engineering proficiency (Python/TypeScript/Node or C#) Preferred Skills
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation system design patterns
- Human-in-the-loop workflows
- Streaming responses + async orchestration (Durable Functions)
- Prior ownership of "AI as a Platform" capabilities"
