Summary

Role: Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager
Location: Lawrenceville, GA (100% Onsite)

Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion ERP Project Manager to lead post-go-live stabilization for an Oracle Fusion ERP environment. This role focuses on issue resolution, enhancement governance, stakeholder communication, and transition to steady-state operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Fusion ERP post-go-live stabilization activities.
Track, prioritize, and manage enhancement and defect backlogs.
Coordinate across Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), Procurement (PO), PPM, and EPM modules.
Facilitate stabilization meetings and provide executive-level reporting.
Manage risks, escalate critical issues, and drive timely resolution.
Collaborate with business SMEs, IT teams, and vendors.
Support knowledge transfer to application support teams.

Required Experience:

15+ years overall IT experience.
5+ years managing Oracle Fusion ERP programs.
Proven experience with ERP stabilization cycles.
Strong stakeholder communication and governance skills.

Certifications:

PMP or PgMP (required)
Oracle ERP Cloud Certification (preferred)
