Title: Help Desk Student Associate - Spring 2026

Advertised Range: $12.77 per hour

Job Summary/Basic Functions

Help Desk Student Associates provide technical support to the entire university community through phone, online, and walk up services.

Required KSAs/Competencies/Qualifications

15 hour per week with the availability to work up to 35 hours a week.
Excellent customer service skills
Detail oriented
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to follow directions
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Current UMW student

Required Experience:

Previous customer service experience
