Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Java Technical Architect to join our team in Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based enterprise application architecture, hands-on experience with microservices and Spring Boot, and the ability to design and lead scalable, high-performance solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and development teams, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application and solution architecture for Java-based systems
• Design, develop, and review microservices architectures using Spring Boot
• Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Collaborate with business, product, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure application scalability, performance, security, and reliability
• Participate in architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 12 18 years of experience in Java application development and architecture
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Microservices, Spring Boot
• Proven expertise in Application Architecture, Solution Architecture, and Solution Design
• Experience designing enterprise-scale, distributed systems
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work onsite from the Seattle, WA office
