Web Administrator

Description

We are looking for a skilled Web Administrator to manage and update content on our company website. This contract position is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and experience working within content management systems, particularly Drupal. The role focuses exclusively on content editing and publishing, ensuring that all website materials align with brand standards and are optimized for the web.

Responsibilities:
Edit and maintain website content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company branding.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary updates and proofread content for grammar, format, and clarity.
Utilize the Drupal content management system to manage and update web pages, articles, and other digital assets.
Identify outdated website content and recommend updates or improvements.
Document all edits and publishing processes for internal reference.
Ensure web content follows basic optimization practices and accessibility standards.
Monitor website performance and suggest enhancements to improve user experience.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in website content editing, with proficiency in content management systems (Drupal preferred).
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
Familiarity with DNS, learning management systems, and Microsoft Windows.
Typing speed of 45-60 words per minute.
Experience with company websites and basic web publishing workflows.
