Job Description:

We are looking for two experienced Sr. ServiceNow ITOM/Discovery Specialists to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in implementing ServiceNow Discovery solutions, both native and AWS Cloud, and hold relevant certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow Native Discovery: Implement and manage ServiceNow Native Discovery to ensure accurate discovery of IT assets and configuration items.
• AWS Cloud Discovery: Implement and manage ServiceNow AWS Cloud Discovery to integrate cloud resources into the CMDB.
• Certification: Hold a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery certification.
• Collaboration: Work closely with IT operations and cloud teams to ensure alignment and integration of discovery processes.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in implementing ServiceNow Native Discovery and AWS Cloud Discovery.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery certification.
• Strong understanding of ITOM and CMDB principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
