Summary
This role requires hands-on experience across on-premise and cloud environments, system performance management, integrations, upgrades, and support of mission-critical SAP systems.
Required Experience & Qualifications

- 10+ years working with SAP ECC 6 or higher
- 4+ years working with RHEL/HANA environments
- 2+ years with SAP SuccessFactors (Recruiting + Employee Central)
- 4+ years with SAP Ariba
- 2+ years with SAP CIG and SAP CPI
- 2+ years with SAP Fiori
- 3+ years with SAP PI 7.5, including hands-on PI development
- 5+ years with SAP Solution Manager, including 2+ years with SolMan 7.2
- 5+ years with SAP Enterprise Portal 7.5
- Experience with SAML-based SSO in SAP environments
- 2+ years with SAP BW/4HANA and BPC
- 2+ years managing SAP BTP global accounts and subaccounts
- 2+ years administering SAP BTP services such as:
- SAP Integration Suite
- IAS/IPS
- Cloud ALM
- 6+ months experience with AI in SAP (e.g., SAP AI Core, AI services, AI-based monitoring or automation)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in public-sector environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across technical and functional teams
