Overview
We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer specializing in Windows desktop application development with deep experience building digital content creation tooling and plugins. This role supports engineering and creative workflows across AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, Rhino, and related DCC ecosystems. The ideal candidate is a multidomain, fullstack engineer with expertise spanning software and an adjacent discipline such as architecture, MEP, gaming.
What You ll Do
- Design, maintain and own Windows .NET desktop applications, plugins, and tooling for AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, and Rhino among others.
- Implement fullstack solutions supporting modeling, simulation, asset management, and CAD/BIM workflows.
- Modernize and optimize legacy .NET plugins/tools.
- Define integration points across DCC and enterprise systems.
- Lead code reviews, testing automation, CI/CD, documentation, and architectural decisions.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with engineering, design, and product teams.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET (Framework and .NET 6/8).
- Expertise in Windows desktop development (WPF/WinForms, MVVM, XAML).
- Experience creating plugins or automation tooling for CAD/BIM applications (AutoCAD, Revit, Solidworks, Rhino).
- Strong proficiency with SignalR for realtime communication.
- Robust understanding of async programming, architecture, and performance optimization.
- Fullstack skills with ASP.NET Core and modern frontend stacks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Architecture, MEP Engineering, Gaming a plus.
- Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and secure engineering practices.
- Familiarity with geometry processing, ETL workflows
- Experience with job orchestration and queueing systems.
