Role: SAP HANA SCM SD Consultant

Duration: 12+ Months contract

Location: East Lansing, MI

W2 Contract Only

Required skills:
- Gas Utilities Implementation Experience: Understanding of Gas Transmission and Distribution operations, crew management, FERC accounting, regulatory requirements, capital construction, and GIS applications.
- Professional Expertise with SAP S/4HANA: Hands-on SAP expertise in SAP S/4HANA Work and Asset Management (WAM) with multiple commodities (e.g., electric, gas, water, wastewater), and with knowledge of the other WAM processes (Field Service Management (FSM), Mobility) and SAP ISU (Device/Work Management) with a minimum of 4 end-to-end implementations (two specifically in the Energy and Utilities Industry) from project preparation to go-live as a Management Consultant or Solution Architect.

Nice to have skills:
- SAP Expert Level Process Knowledge: Experience with WAM business processes and workflows, and the ability to integrate these operations processes with SAP and other applications to provide end-to-end solutions.
Leadership and Project Management Skills: Team leadership skills, including implementation methods, developing project plans, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and required quality standards.
Deep Industry Knowledge: Foundation-level industry knowledge in Energy and Utilities.
AI and Cybersecurity Knowledge: Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence models, their use in SAP implementation and knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy principles
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with other Business Processes and SAP Modules: SAP MM, IM, WM, PM, and PS; SAP Industry for Utilities (ISU), SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerPlan.
Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.

Responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring SAP HANA-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Sales and Distribution (SD) solutions for clients. Your expertise in SAP HANA, SCM, and SD will enable you to help clients optimize their sales and distribution operations, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue. Works closely with clients to understand their business requirements, design solutions, and implement them using SAP HANA and SCM/SD tools.
