About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AWS Java Developer with strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS services such as DynamoDB, API Gateway, and S3. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend solutions on AWS cloud.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Core Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance cloud-native applications using AWS services such as DynamoDB, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
Work with DynamoDB for schema design, modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
Integrate backend services with AWS API Gateway and ensure secure, scalable API deployments.
Develop serverless components where required using AWS Lambda (nice to have).
Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like CodePipeline, CodeBuild, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.
Follow best practices for coding standards, security, DevOps, testing, and cloud architecture.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, OOPS, Collections, Multithreading.
Expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and REST API development.
Hands-on experience with AWS services:
DynamoDB (CRUD, GSI/LSI, query/scan optimization)
S3 (file storage, lifecycle policies, security)
API Gateway (REST API creation, integrations, security policies)
IAM, CloudWatch
Experience with JSON, API design, and integration patterns.
Knowledge of microservices architecture.
Good understanding of secure coding, API authentication & authorization (JWT/OAuth).
Familiarity with Maven/Gradle, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
