Introduction:

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our team by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring that we bring in high-quality candidates who will contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to source and attract qualified candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' fit for the role
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
• Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role
• Knowledge of different recruiting tools and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience recruiting in multiple geographies
• Certification in recruitment or human resources
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
