Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager / Engagement Manager with 10 15+ years of experience leading large-scale SAP implementations and global delivery programs. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end SAP project lifecycle, drive cross-functional integration across modules, and act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and SAP delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations across modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, QM, PM, TM, IBP, etc.)

• Own project planning, scheduling, milestones, dependencies, budget, and risk management

• Drive global delivery model (onshore/offshore, multi-vendor coordination)

• Lead cross-functional design workshops and ensure end-to-end process integration (O2C, P2P, P2P, R2R)

• Manage WRICEF objects, cutover planning, data migration, and go-live readiness

• Act as single point of contact for business stakeholders and SAP workstreams

• Ensure alignment of functional, technical, and integration teams (ABAP, BASIS, BTP, PI/PO)

• Support business process harmonization, standardization, and SAP best practice adoption

• Provide leadership during post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of SAP Project / Program Management experience

• Multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations

• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and core business processes

• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar industries

• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• PMP or SAP certification preferred

• Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional global teams
