Associate UX Content Strategist - Remote

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a fully remote Associate UX Content Strategist. This role will be responsible for writing engaging, informative UX content vital for our products and customer experience, including patients, caregivers, and health care providers around the world, to help simplify the lives of those touched by diabetes.

Summary:
As an Associate UX Content Strategist, you will elevate the customer-centricity of the UX and inspire action. You excel through innovation, creativity, energizing others, and attention to detail. You are expected to think like a strategist, lead as a servant, and raise the quality of UX by being a persistent advocate for customers. You will use your organization and positive communication skills to work strategically with other team leaders and members across the organization. Finally, you have a passion for putting our customers' needs first.

What You'd Spend Your Time Doing:
* Writing clear, friendly UX copy for a mobile app
* Making sure content is consistent in voice, tone, and reading level
* Collaborating regularly with Design, Product, and Research
* Helping define content guidelines and frameworks (with support from senior teammates)
* Reviewing and improving content based on feedback
* Learning best practices for UX writing, accessibility, and agile workflows

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a discipline related to UX Content Strategy (e.g. Business Communications, Creative Writing, English)
* 1-2+ years of UX writing or content design experience (mobile apps)
* Strong writing skills for non-technical, everyday users
* Comfort working with designers and product teams
* Familiarity with tools like Figma, Jira, or Miro
* Curious, empathetic, and interested in growing as a UX content strategist
* Bonus: interest in healthcare, medical devices, or improving patient experiences

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
