Job Title: Workbrain Technical Consultant / Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workbrain Technical Consultant / Developer to support workforce management solutions for our client TCS. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Workbrain (Infor Workforce Management), hands-on development experience, and the ability to work remotely with global teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and support Workbrain (Infor WFM) applications.

• Implement business rules, pay rules, time calculations, and scheduling logic.

• Develop and maintain Workbrain Java extensions, custom scripts, and configurations.

• Work with Workbrain databases for data extraction, validation, and troubleshooting.

• Develop and support interfaces and integrations between Workbrain and external systems (Payroll, HR, ERP).

• Perform unit testing, defect fixes, and performance tuning.

• Provide production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.

• Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and offshore/onshore stakeholders.

• Prepare technical documentation and support UAT and go-live activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Workbrain / Infor Workforce Management.

• Proficiency in Java, Workbrain APIs, and custom rule development.

• Experience with SQL / PL-SQL and relational databases (Oracle preferred).

• Knowledge of Workbrain configuration, time & attendance, and payroll integration.

• Experience with Unix/Linux environments.

• Familiarity with batch processing, schedulers, and data interfaces.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with TCS projects or enterprise clients.

• Exposure to Infor WFM upgrades or migrations.

• Understanding of labor laws, payroll rules, and compliance.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
