Overview: Crew helps our clients deliver change through IT project delivery, business process improvement, and operational efficiency efforts. Crew technical analysis associates act as liaisons between business and technology teams, assisting in the design, development, and testing of technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
Understand and define key audiences and business processes (current state and future state)
Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with clients
Analyze business and technical requirements and provide strategic recommendations and approaches in conjunction with other team leads and client stakeholders
Translate business requirements into user stories for project team development
Work with senior client stakeholders to ensure project success, including handling escalations
Manage/oversee the deployment process
Execute professional demos within each sprint
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
4+ years of Salesforce experience
Salesforce certifications, including Sales Cloud, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Consultant
Experience in all phases of systems development life cycle within Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud implementations
Experience with Agile development methodology (e.g. Scrum)
Excellent executive-level communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to be onsite with clients located with their same geographic market
When working with a client outside the geographic market, ability to travel up to 25%
The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
