About the Role:
We are hiring a Workday Extend Specialist to support Recruiting and Core HCM functions in a highly configurable enterprise Workday environment. This is a hands-on role focused on building, configuring, and enhancing business systems inside Workday, not production support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and build business systems within Workday
- Develop custom applications and modules using Workday Extend
- Support Recruiting and Core HCM processes
- Manage high-volume Workday configurations and data integrations
- Build, modify, and enhance solutions from scratch
- Demonstrate solutions to business users and explain design decisions
- Collaboration with offshore development teams
- Participate in Workday implementations and continuous improvements
What We re Looking For:
- 7+ years of Workday Configuration or Integration experience
- 5+ years of Core HCM experience
- Hands-on Workday Extend development experience
- Active Workday Certification (Required)
- Experience building solutions from scratch
- Strong communication and stakeholder-facing skills
- Experience working with offshore teams
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
