Summary

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced 6-7 years Engineer III – Oracle HCM Configuration professional with a strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM Core Modules and Help Desk implementation. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of multi-region HCM configurations, quarterly patch validations, and end-to-end Oracle HCM customization. This role requires both functional and technical expertise to implement, optimize, and maintain Oracle HCM solutions across global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation, configuration, and administration of Oracle Cloud HCM Core Modules and Help Desk.
Perform detailed impact analysis and validation of quarterly HCM patches.
Configure and manage HCM setups across multiple regions and countries.
Develop and customize using DFFs (Descriptive Flexfields), EFFs (Extensible Flexfields), value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
Design and execute CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions and conduct fit-gap analysis.
Develop and customize reports, concurrent programs, and workflows.
Provide technical and functional support for HCM security provisioning and issue resolution.
Manage and escalate product issues using Oracle Service Requests (SRs).
Support complete lifecycle projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades, integration testing, and new feature rollouts.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR, Help Desk, and related modules.
Proven track record in multi-region / multi-country HCM configuration.
Hands-on experience in customization, workflow design, and functional setups.
Proficient in fit-gap analysis, report customization, and project lifecycle management.
Working knowledge of quarterly updates, regression testing, and patch validation.
Experience handling Oracle SRs and coordinating with Oracle Support for resolution.
Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Good to Have

Experience with ADP Connector integration.
Working knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Compensation modules.
Prior exposure to Redwood page migration.
Understanding of HCM security management, including provisioning and access troubleshooting.
