We are seeking a dedicated Functional Analyst to coordinate with project teams to ensure RAID logs are accurately maintained and up to date; support the bi-weekly development of project status reports and coordinate updates with all workstreams.

We are seeking a dedicated Functional Analyst to coordinate with project teams to ensure RAID logs are accurately maintained and up to date; support the bi-weekly development of project status reports and coordinate updates with all workstreams.
Day to Day
- Support the bi-weekly development of project status reports, coordinating updates with all workstreams
- Review status reports for completeness and accuracy, following up with stakeholders as needed
- Conduct quality assurance checks on status reports using established guidelines and checklists
- Draft meeting minutes for project status meetings and distribute action items to responsible parties
- Log, track, and follow up on completion of project status action items
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure RAID logs are accurately maintained and up to date
- Develop and distribute weekly RAID reports based on provided templates
- Assist with the change control process by confirming tickets meet established standards and tracking approval transmittals
- Serve as a point of contact for documentation accuracy, timeline adherence, and escalation of issues as necessary
- Deliver Project Status Report and RAID Logs
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities for coordination and follow-up
- Experience in managing and tracking project documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple project teams
- Familiarity with status reporting and action item tracking processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Preferred skills
- Previous experience in project management support or PMO environments
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Understanding of RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) log management
- Experience in supporting change control processes and documentation
- Exposure to IT, technology, or consulting projects
- Experience with quality assurance practices and use of checklists for report validation
