Summary

Description

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide advanced technical support and ensure seamless operations across multiple locations. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver advanced IT support and resolve escalated technical issues.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, systems, and network connectivity.
Support industry specific equipment.
Manage and resolve service tickets with a customer-centric approach.
Configure devices, perform workstation setups, and maintain accurate documentation.
Identify and implement improvements to systems and processes.

Requirements

Experience: 5+ years in IT support
Ability to travel to multiple locations and provide on-site troubleshooting.
High technical proficiency across Windows, endpoints, Active Directory, and enterprise tools.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure .
Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Professional communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities without close supervision.
