Summary
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with strong CPQ experience to gather business requirements, design scalable solutions, and optimize sales processes within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce CPQ solutions
- Work closely with sales, operations, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional specifications
- Configure and support Salesforce CPQ features including pricing, product rules, bundles, and approvals
- Improve quote-to-cash processes and ensure alignment with business goals
- Support UAT, deployments, and post-implementation enhancements
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (products, pricing, quoting, contracts)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and related integrations
- Experience in requirement documentation, user stories, and process mapping
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce CPQ certification
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes
