Seeking Subject Matter Expert capable of deploying and managing secure and scalable Windows services on Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform using industry best practices in a DevOps environment.
Technical Skills- Experience in deploying and managing secure and scalable virtual machines across major cloud platforms.
- Thorough understanding of Active Directory, user objects, computer objects, OU's, DNS, WSUS, RDP, File Services, and GPO's.
- Ability to perform analysis of OS and application issues, crashes, security incidents and overall performance.
- Experience in deploying and configuring cloud assets using scripts, APIs, CLIs and management console.
- Professional exposure to DevOps release and build management using GIT.
- Demonstratable experience in the use and creation of automation scripts using PowerShell and Ansible.
- Expertise in operating system configuration & security fundamentals with the ability to assist risk and compliance to standards adherence.
- Possess ability to instruct lower-level peers in technology and produce sound documentation.
Leadership Skills- Able to coordinate changes with other support teams and leverage existing change management processes.
- Fundamental understanding of computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
- Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to connect technology with measurable business value.
- Sense of accountability, results-orientation, and customer focus.
- Strong team, interpersonal, analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.
- Professional curiosity and the ability to enable yourself in new technologies and tasks.
- Self-motivated with good time management skills.
- Able to work remotely without close supervision.
- Experience understanding set IT strategies and objectives.
- Being available for working outside of normal business hours, holidays, and some weekends when needed or for on-call periods.
Education- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related IT discipline preferred
- A combination of equivalent work and life experience will be accepted in lieu of degree 5-8+ years of experience
