Data Engineer (Data Platforms) - Python, Java, or C#/Python (NumPy, Pandas), Java, C++, or Scala

We are seeking a Senior Data Engineer to support the growing needs of our Data & Analytics initiatives. In this role, you will partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to design, build, and deliver scalable data solutions and analytics platforms.

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing data pipelines, storage, and architectures that form the foundation of our data ecosystem. The role spans analytics, digital marketing integrations, campaign management, lead generation, data integration, and visualization.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, experienced software engineer who enjoys building data platforms from the ground up, optimizing performance, and working across diverse systems. We value problem-solving over rigid technology choices candidates must be open to learning new tools and technologies. This role also includes post-production support on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a software development or data engineering role.
• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Strong expertise in data modeling, data warehousing concepts, database design, SQL development, and performance optimization.
• Proven experience working with large, complex, and disconnected datasets.
• Hands-on programming experience in Python, Java, or C#.
• Working knowledge of data visualization and reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
