The Senior US IT Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for US-based IT positions, including contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles. This role requires strong expertise in US staffing, candidate sourcing, screening, rate negotiation, and compliance with US employment and visa regulations.

• Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for multiple technologies

• Work closely with sales and account teams to understand client requirements

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases

• Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, and cultural fit

• Coordinate interviews and manage client and candidate feedback

• Negotiate compensation, bill rates, and employment terms

• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure fast turnaround time

• Ensure compliance with US work authorization, hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099), and onboarding processes

• Maintain accurate records in ATS/CRM systems and provide regular status updates

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment

• Strong understanding of US work authorization types (, and GC)

• Experience recruiting across IT skill sets (Java, .NET, Salesforce, Data, Cloud, QA, DevOps, etc.)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals
