What you will do:

• Lead the design, operation, and optimization of data center systems and environments
• Implement infrastructure management solutions to improve efficiency, cost control, and capacity planning
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure 24/7 system availability
• Oversee hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting across global facilities
• Maintain compliance with security, operational, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, SOX, GDPR)
• Develop and maintain partnerships with vendors and stakeholders for equipment lifecycle management
• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to technical and operational teams

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 5+ years of experience managing large-scale or enterprise-level data center operations
• Strong knowledge of data center design, hardware installation, and lifecycle management best practices
• Experience with fiber/copper cabling, cooling, and power management, and server configuration tools (e.g., Dell iDRAC, IBM HMC/ASMI)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues
• Proven ability to lead global teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
