Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Hyperion Admin Lead to support enterprise financial planning, consolidation, and reporting initiatives. This role involves administration, enhancement, upgrades, and leadership of Oracle Hyperion EPM environments, with a strong focus on Hyperion Planning and HFM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for monthly consolidation and reporting activities
- Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications
- Support transformation projects using Hyperion Planning for financial planning, BI, and reporting
- Maintain data integrity, metadata, and governance within EPMA
- Optimize Essbase cube performance, functionality, and reporting
- Perform system administration including data loads, validation, and trend analysis
- Design and configure Hyperion Planning solutions based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Hyperion components
- Conduct user training for key users and end users
- Lead Hyperion administration activities including installation and configuration
- Manage project timelines and provide status updates to stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8 10 years of experience in Oracle Hyperion EPM
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Hyperion Planning
- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Essbase
- FDMEE, DRM, EPMA
- Experience with Hyperion installation, configuration, and administration
- Experience with Hyperion upgrades and migrations (minimum 2)
- Hands-on experience with Essbase 21c upgrade
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA
- Strong understanding of consolidation, financial reporting, and planning processes
- Experience leading teams and managing deliverables
Nice to Have
- Experience working in multi-environment Hyperion configurations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale finance systems
