About the Role:
Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer to join our team in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in PC-DMIS programming for Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and capable of delivering accurate inspection solutions for complex components. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set up, and operate CMM equipment using PC-DMIS (CMM with DMIS Modus experience will not be considered).
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T specifications to develop precise measurement programs.
• Conduct inspections and generate detailed reports to ensure components meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with quality engineers, production staff, and design teams to resolve measurement issues.
• Maintain CMM equipment and ensure calibration and performance accuracy.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience as a CMM Programmer using PC-DMIS.
• Strong knowledge of DMIS programming (Modus experience will not be considered).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting GD&T, blueprints, and CAD models.
• Familiarity with quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
