Wireless Operations Engineer
Philadelphia, PA: 100% Onsite

Overview:
This is a 100% hands-on operations role, focused on resolving complex network and device issues escalated beyond L1-L3 support and working closely with MNO vendors.
Responsibilities:
Triage and resolve escalated customer issues (SMS, provisioning, SIM/eSIM, device compatibility)
Analyze device logs, network KPIs, and perform root cause analysis
Collaborate with MNO/MVNE/OEM partners for issue resolution
Own ticketing, reporting, and documentation (Jira/ServiceNow)
Support solution design and new device onboarding for MVNO services
Requirements:
10-15 years of telecom experience
Strong understanding of iOS, Android, provisioning, and wireless networks
MVNO experience preferred
Experience with ticketing systems and reporting
Operations-focused; not customer-facing
