Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Hypercare Support Analyst)

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor (Hypercare Support Analyst) for a 3-month contract role with our foodservice client .This role be on site in either London, Ontario, or Delta, British Columbia location. These plants are 24 X6.

Compensation: $ 75.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level.

This is a unique opportunity for a resource with manufacturing production supervisor experience to assist a client with their ERP implementation with MS Dynamics 365.

This resource will need to have experience with manufacturing systems, the manufacturing floor (warehouse management and inventory control), have technical aptitude specifically with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and understand production flow. This resource will be arm in arm with the users as they go live with their new ERP environment that will also be incorporating scanning into their environment. Resource will be part of a team that will troubleshoot issues as they go live and will be at one of two locations for their Hypercare support.

Resource will work during one of their 3 shifts that run from 4:00 AM until 2:00 AM. Resource will go thru User Acceptance Testing in addition to training before go live.

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Understanding of the manufacturing floor and how to execute, understand production flow
  • Production supervision background who has experience with MS Dynamics 365 from an end user perspective
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Technical aptitude
