Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Python Developer with strong expertise in FastAPI to join an agile development team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs, while contributing to full-stack solutions that support complex enterprise-level business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to refine user stories and technical requirements
• Perform technical spikes and proof-of-concepts to evaluate solutions and reduce implementation risk
• Develop clean, efficient, and well-tested Python code aligned with compliance and quality standards
• Design and implement scalable architectures across application, data, and business layers
• Troubleshoot and resolve development and integration issues
• Build and maintain automated testing (unit, integration, regression, performance)
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and development best practices
• Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development experience (7 10 years preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI (or similar async frameworks)
• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL, including SQL optimization and data modeling
• Experience building high-volume, distributed, transactional applications
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows
• Experience with testing frameworks such as pytest or unittest
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical audiences)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kafka
• Exposure to enterprise banking or financial services environments
