Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Program Leader to own and drive end-to-end data migration initiatives across SAP landscapes. The role requires strong leadership, deep understanding of SAP functional and technical architecture, and hands-on experience with modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end ownership of Master Data and Data Migration programs across SAP implementations and transformations.
Lead data migration strategy, planning, execution, validation, and cutover activities.
Manage data migration across the SAP Syniti Snowflake technology stack.
Define and govern data migration standards, templates, and best practices.
Collaborate with SAP functional leads, technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners.
Ensure data quality, reconciliation, and sign-off across all migration phases.
Oversee data profiling, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and load activities.
Identify and mitigate risks related to data migration timelines, quality, and dependencies.
Provide leadership to data migration teams and vendors, ensuring delivery against program milestones.
Support post-go-live data stabilization and defect resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience leading SAP Data Migration programs for large-scale SAP implementations (S/4HANA preferred).
Hands-on experience with Master Data Management and transactional data migration.
Solid knowledge of SAP functional modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, etc.) and SAP technical concepts.
Proven experience with Syniti (ADM, Migrate, or related tools) for data migration.
Experience integrating SAP data with Snowflake or modern data platforms.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and reconciliation practices.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams.
