Job Title: Technical Recruiter / Account Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter / Account Manager to join our team in a part-time, on-site capacity. This is an on-site role focused on delivering a strong candidate pipeline, coordinating interviews, and maintaining day-to-day account execution. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing recruiting delivery with relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for technology roles (contract and/or full-time), including sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement.
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements, priorities, timelines, and interview expectations.
- Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates using sourcing platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and follow-ups to keep processes moving quickly.
- Provide regular status updates on open requisitions, candidate activity, and interview progress.
- Support offer coordination and onboarding steps (documentation tracking, start-date coordination, compliance items).
- Maintain accurate records in ATS/trackers; ensure clean, consistent reporting and documentation.
- Represent the company professionally on-site and ensure a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting (agency staffing or corporate talent acquisition).
- Experience supporting multiple requisitions and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working on-site in Kansas City, MO for a consistent 20-hour/week schedule.
- Proficiency with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a client-facing account management capacity within staffing/recruiting.
- Knowledge of IT roles (software engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience supporting contract hiring models (W2/C2C) and working with vendor/client processes.
