Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Program Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: - Work across multiple teams and organizations
- Coordinate and facilitate project and program routines - e.g. kick-off, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates, etc
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to achieve the outcomes on time and within cost
- Dependency management with robust risk mitigation routines and impediment removal
- Provide status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to expected outcomes, delivery, risks/issues, and schedule
- Ensure work delivered complies with enterprise change management standards
- Track the success metrics and reviews performance with stakeholders
- End-to-end oversee the program level for a specified program and projects
Requirements: - 5+ years' of experience in project/program management
- Proven track record managing multiple projects across the lifecycle in Scaled Agile environments.
- Significant experience in financial management and initiative budgeting
- Strong communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills; ability to present to senior leaders and cross-functional partners
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, and adapt to shifting deadlines
- Experience working with globally distributed teams
- Subject matter expert in enterprise change standards, financial management, focus on execution and overall health
- Experience preparing for and facilitates program level routines including pre and post release planning, financials management for project/program
- Experience partnering with program level technology leaders and architects to ensure solutions delivered align to defined strategy
Desired skills: - Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Visio
- Productivity Tools: Excel (advanced), PowerPoint
- Methodologies: Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Agile principles, Change Management
- Financial Management: Budget tracking, cost forecasting, and reporting
Pay range: $54.54 - $62.54
