Job Summary

The Infra Dev Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing the MuleSoft platform ensuring seamless integration across systems. This role requires a deep understanding of MuleSoft Platform Admin and MuleSoft Integration with a focus on enhancing system performance and reliability. The position offers a hybrid work model allowing flexibility while maintaining productivity.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize the MuleSoft platform to ensure seamless integration across various systems.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

Develop and maintain documentation for integration processes and system configurations.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders on MuleSoft-related queries.

Implement best practices for MuleSoft platform administration to enhance system efficiency.

Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all integration activities.

Evaluate new technologies and tools to enhance the integration capabilities of the MuleSoft platform.

Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of integration solutions.

Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and optimize system performance.

Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of MuleSoft integration processes.

Contribute to the development of strategic plans for system integration and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in MuleSoft Platform Admin and MuleSoft Integration demonstrating a strong technical acumen.

Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in system integration and platform administration.

Exhibit proficiency in designing and implementing integration solutions that align with business objectives.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

Show capability in maintaining detailed documentation for integration processes and system configurations.

Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Have a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
